A message dated February 20, 1998, was read stating the Senate                 
respectfully requests the return of the following bill:                        
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 240(title am)                                                 
"An Act repealing the tax on punchboards and coin-operated                    
amusement devices; and providing for an effective date."                       
                                                                               
The Speaker granted the request and SB 240(title am) was returned to           
the Senate.
